1. Appointment Policy
- Appointments are recommended to ensure timely service. Walk-ins are welcome but may be subject to wait times.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.
2. Cancellation Policy
- We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or a requirement for a deposit on future appointments.
3. Payment Policy
- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.
- Gratuity is appreciated but not included in the service price.
4. Health and Safety
- Please inform your barber of any allergies or skin sensitivities before your service.
- We maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health guidelines. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment.
5. Refund Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your haircut or service, please let us know within 48 hours. We will work to address your concerns but do not offer refunds.
6. Personal Belongings
- We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during your visit.
7. Code of Conduct
- We strive to create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Disrespectful behavior towards our staff or other customers will not be tolerated.
